Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Quantum Physio GmbH
(hereinafter referred to as the “Practice”) and its patients. They apply to all physiotherapy services
as well as supplementary services provided at all practice locations.
2. Services
The Practice provides physiotherapy treatments based on medical prescriptions as well as preventive and
health-promoting services for self-paying clients. These include, in particular, individual and group training,
functional assessments, running analyses, performance diagnostics and massage therapy.
Patients are required to inform the Practice of any relevant changes in their health condition and to follow
the recommendations provided during treatment. No specific treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- 3.1 Scheduled appointments are binding.
- 3.2 Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- 3.3 Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full, regardless of the reason.
- 3.4 In case of late arrival, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly. The full fee remains payable.
4. Payment Terms
- 4.1 Physiotherapy treatments prescribed by a physician are generally billed directly to the health or accident insurance provider. Patients remain responsible for deductibles and co-payments.
- 4.2 Clarification of insurance coverage is the responsibility of the patient.
- 4.3 Services not covered by insurance must be paid in full by the patient.
- 4.4 The rates valid at the time of treatment shall apply.
- 4.5 Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may result in reminder fees.
5. Liability
- 5.1 The Practice is liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- 5.2 The Practice accepts no liability for personal belongings, valuables or clothing.
6. Data Protection
Personal data is treated confidentially in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws.
It is used exclusively for treatment and billing purposes. Further information can be found in the Practice’s
privacy policy.
Communication via email or electronic channels may involve security risks. Use of such communication
is at the patient’s own responsibility.
7. Amendments to the GTC
The Practice reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The current version is published on the Practice website.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively.
Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
9. Severability Clause
If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions
shall remain unaffected.
