Jerneja Cobec is a physiotherapist with a Master’s degree who supports people in restoring their mobility, reducing pain, and sustainably improving their quality of life. Her clinical areas of focus include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation. She combines strong clinical knowledge with an individualized and holistic approach to treatment.
Jerneja gained valuable practical experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and sports facilities. There, she treated patients of different ages and activity levels—from older adults recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions to recreational and elite athletes working toward a safe return to sport. This broad experience enables her to tailor each rehabilitation program to the individual needs, symptoms, and goals of every patient.
Jerneja also gained experience in sports physiotherapy while working with a Slovenian youth women’s national basketball team. Her focus was on injury rehabilitation, safe performance development, and injury prevention. In addition, she volunteered twice in Africa, providing physiotherapy care in medically underserved communities. These experiences strengthened her belief that effective treatment requires not only professional expertise, but also respect, empathy, and genuine personal care.
Jerneja follows a patient-centered and holistic approach to therapy. She combines clinical assessment, manual therapy, and active rehabilitation to address not only symptoms, but also the underlying causes of each condition. Her goal is to achieve long-term results while giving patients the knowledge, confidence, and support they need to take an active role in their recovery, prevent future problems, and remain mobile in the long term.
